We stopped at this Texas Roadhouse on the way back to OSU to drop off our son. We received excellent service from Jodan. Super attentive, refilling drinks, rolls, bringing me splenda for my tea. All food came out hot and delicious. We will for sure stop at this location again in the future.
We went to Texas Roadhouse 1770 Hilliard Road Rome. Garrison was our server. He was amazing. We never had to ask for a drink refill. He has several tables but he was taking care of everyone. He was friendly and very attentive to every table he had. We will definitely be back.
This was a great casual place for a steak or good bbq. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. We waited about 20 minutes. Our server was so quick though so that made up for it. I got the pulled pork sandwich and fries. Everything was really good!
We were seated immediately during the dinner rush, the host was very friendly with the small talk. Service was great. I think our server's name was Brennen, Brandon, or Braydon, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Classic country music. The food, always amazing. Never needs extra seasoning or sauce. Great value. My only complaint is that the food was really, really salty. My blood pressure spiked after one bite lol. Tastes good as hell though!

Food was mixed up but good. Waitress sweet as a pea but talks way to fast needs to slow her roll. Loaded the table up with so many drinks it was unmanageable when food arrived, had to send goid away for space. The four star could easily be higher if the little details had been looked at. It's not our jobs to switch steels around to have them as ordered. We will be back but hopes a tad bit better.
We always have a good experience when we come here. To get seated better, use the app. You can put yourself in a que. The staff is friendly, the manager comes & checks on you & we've never had a problem. Food is usually spot on, but we HAVE had a couple of steaks not cooked right. Everything else has been great. This location is a good location & you shouldn't have any issues.
Great call ahead on the website. We were seated within our time frames. Service was excellent and and food tasted great. Hubby and I each enjoyed their signature margarita. Peanuts were served in a sealed bag instead of a bowl on the table. I ordered steak bites with onions and sautéed mushrooms with brown gravy on the side with mashed potatoes and a side salad. Side salad had fresh eggs on the top and very good and crisp. Steak bites were tender and little bigger than bite size. Mushrooms and onions were plentiful! For hubby birthday dinner, staff sang and hubby was given a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup on top. Everyone seemed to enjoy their meal!
